Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only accepted with approval of Soft Play and must be confirmed prior to production. Once order is in production, the order cannot be cancelled and then defaults into the Return policy.
RETURN POLICY
No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining written return authorization (RA) from Soft Play. Soft Play does not accept returned rotomolded plastic forms. To get an RA, please send an email to SP-CustomerService@softplay.com with the original advise of order number, invoice number, order date, and reason for your return. Any authorized returned merchandise must be carefully packaged and in an un-damaged and resalable condition to be accepted for return. A 25% re-stocking charge applies on all returned merchandise when error is not the fault of Soft Play. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid within 30 days of delivery.
