SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this time, our website orders ship to the contiguous United States.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
As soon as we receive your order, we get started on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after it’s placed, there’s a short window where you can cancel items before they begin processing. Restrictions
For website orders, we do not offer Two-Day or Overnight Shipping at this time. If urgent, please contact customer service before placing your order.
Website orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
SHIPPING METHODS
Package Deliveries
For all shipments that are less than the maximum weight and dimensions allowed, we ship via FedEx Ground.
Standard FedEx Ground delivery time is 8-16 days.
LTL Shipments
For all products that exceed FedEx maximum weight and dimensions allowed, we ship via LTL Freight.
All LTL shipments are dispatched FOB Monett, Missouri. It is the responsibility of the customer to offload the product from the delivery truck. It is the responsibility of the receiving personnel to thoroughly inspect and count all boxes upon delivery and mark the delivery receipt for any discrepancies or damages at that time. All claims for freight shortage or damages should be reported promptly to our Customer Service Department at (463) 220-4540, extension 1, or toll-free (800) 782-7529.
